1. Do the volume buttons control the phone’s volume? Or does it have its own volume?
It could control the volume of iOS devices. But it may not synchronize with some Android devices.

2. Should I charge the speaker before the first use?
Yes, you could charge the speaker for 3 hours.

3. How do you reset it? The blue light is flashing. I can’t turn it off or get it to pair.
Please reset it by pressing the “Play/Pause” button for 8s.

4. How far can they be from each other and still pair with each other?
If the two speakers are without obstructions interference, the Bluetooth range is 18m and the stereo pairing range is 10m.

5. Does this light up to beats of music
Yes, it could switch LED Lighting Modes among breathing, circle light, beat-driven light show, and light-off.
