1. How to reset if both earbuds don’t pair with each other.
A. Put both earbuds into the charging case.
B. Press the reset button for 10s with the case opened.
2. The charging case could not be charged.
Please check if you have connected to the regular charging cable. If not, please charge with different cables to check if it works normally.
3. The earbuds could not be charged.
Please check whether the charging case is under fully-charged. If yes, please try to clean the charging contacts with alcohol. If not, please make it fully charged for a better experience.
